Historic Property on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd is being transformed into a Real Estate Development Center and the offices of the Kingdom Legacy Companies. Robbie Owens of Channel 11 covered the Grand Opening January 21, 2023 and the Ribbon Cutting Event where we launched the Onramp to Ownership program with over 100 prospective home buyers in attendance, the Hennesy Foundation awarding $5,000 grants to help buyers pay closing costs and several banking partners offering home loan approvals on the spot!

Kingdom Legacy is revisioning a historic property in South Dallas bringing resurrection to a community that many counted as good as dead. With a vision of a healthier, prosperous community, together a group of investors and owner/operators are taking on this massive goal. KL is expanding beyond affordable housing to provide holistic solutions including this MLK Wellness Complex. This health center that will consist of a variety of wellness options including G3 Health Club, Kingdom Sandwich, nutrition education and more!

BUYING A HOUSE: Bank of America is offering a new zero down payment, zero closing cost mortgage solution for first-time homebuyers, which will be available in designated markets, including certain Black/African American and/or Hispanic-Latino neighborhoods in Dallas. The loan aims to help eligible individuals and families obtain an affordable loan to purchase a home.
